Karen received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Ball State University and has devoted the last six years of her career to The Sherwin-Williams Company.

She has held various positions throughout her career with Sherwin-Williams including Home Builder Representative and Architectural Account Executive. She currently holds the title of Southwestern Division Design Marketing Manager for the Sherwin-Williams Paint Stores Group and is responsible for working directly with residential interior designers to support them with color and paint specifications as well as ensuring they remain up-to-date with the latest color tools and color trends. In addition, Karen provides continuing education courses and webinars to hundreds of interior designers and industry partners throughout the year. She also manages the Southwestern Division Design Account Executive team.

Karen is also an ASID and IIDA industry partner in the Los Angeles market where she resides.
