Terry Watson is one of the most sought after self-improvement trainers in North America. Not only is he a nationally renowned and diversified facilitator, he is also an experienced and educated real estate sales professional. With no formal real estate training, Watson was forced to create bazaar strategies that became so successful that he was asked to chair a university real estate department and tweak their courses to better prepare the sales agents of today.
Terry is a broker for his family’s real estate firm, where he has hired, trained, and supervised over 100 REALTOR® professionals. After selling for franchises while in high school, Terry reached the status of “top” salesperson before age 25. No matter what Terry does, he puts all of his energy into it and truly cares about the outcome. This is probably why he is the youngest person ever to be inducted into the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) Hall of Fame. He received this honor from his peers for “excellence in representing buyers”.
He also is one of only 156 people in the world to hold the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) designation and so far is the youngest person ever to be named as such.
