A 19+ year veteran of advertising, marketing and social media, Cara Germain Gustafson was most recently 3M’s Consumer Social Media Leader for well-known brands including Post-it® Brand, ScotchTMTape, CommandTM Hooks, ScotchBlueTM Painter’s Tape, and NexcareTM Bandages. She speaks fluent Facebook and Instagram, has been a panelist on digital media for Forbes.com, and knows when to pivot her out-of-control Pinning into an efficient CPC campaign. A respected leader and teacher, Cara’s entertaining and humorous style make her an engaging presenter. In 2014, she pivoted her corporate marketing career and MBA towards her passion, formally opening Germain Design LLC. Cara loves Bon Jovi, her husband, and great design (not necessarily in that order).
