Due to contract guarantees with the hotel facility, no refunds after Oct 1, 2016, unless the event sells out.


Should I need to cancel my registration AFTER Oct 1, 2016, I will be put on a waiting list for a refund. I understand that this refund is based on whether or not you are able to sell my ticket. If sold, I understand that my event registration fee will be refunded, minus the $75.00 cancellation fee. Tickets are non-transferable.
